Who made your clothes?

We are proud to share on this specific day what defines Manos on a daily basis.

On 24 April 2013, 1133 people were killed and over 2500 were injured when the Ruana Plaza factory complex collapsed in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In memory, April 24 was declared as Fashion Revolution Day.

We are a non-profit organization and the artisans are the owner of Manos. Therefore, we are proud to join this global initiative by sharing in social media pictures of artisans that produce Mano´s garments by hand. We are proud to share on this specific day what defines Manos on a daily basis.

Each cooperative received an envelope with the official signs of Fashion Revolution Day in Spanish and English. The artisans themselves were responsible for organizing everything in each location. They took pictures with the signs in their everyday working place.

The idea with this incentive is to raise awareness of the problems that fashion industry is facing. We believe that there is a fairest way to work. We believe in Fair Trade. Certainly Mano´s is all about artisans and we work every day for a more ethical and sustatainable world.

We are part of the WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization)  since 2009.
